reNews: RES files plans for 92MW Scottish wind project

RES has submitted a Section 36 application to the Scottish Government’s Energy Consents Unit (ECU) for its 92MW 14-turbine Blair Hill Wind Farm proposal.

The proposal for the development, located 2.7 km north of Newton Stewart in Dumfries and Galloway, includes a community benefit package worth more than £23m over the project’s operational lifetime.
