Davidson Chalmers Stewart and our client Uplift UK received the Opinion of the Court of Session with delight today. The team, which is comprised of our key dispute resolution and environmental solicitors, is extremely pleased to learn that the Court has decided to reduce the relevant consents given by the UK Government to permit the development of the Rosebank oil field.

OnPath Energy has added operational wind farms to its UK fleet.

The company has acquired the Pates Hill wind farm in West Lothian, Scotland, from GCP Infrastructure Investments.

letsrecycle: Industry members say last-minute packaging data entries ‘undermine’ PRN market

Letsrecycle.com has received reports of late submissions from recognised producers to the Environment Agency’s packaging data system, which industry people have said “erodes confidence” in the data as well as future EPR reporting.

Circular: Virgin Media promises to donate 12,000 reused devices in 2025

Virgin Media O2 has committed to donating up to 12,000 pre-owned smartphones to UK charities in 2025.

Virgin Media O2 is sourcing the smartphones from customer returns and its O2 Recycle service.
