The Herald: Former coal mining community in line for £11m windfall

Former Scottish coal mining communities are to share in an £11 million windfall from a new wind farm development.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between REG Greenburn Limited and a community trust that will deliver an annual benefit fund of up to £315,000 per year.
